last time I ate at mcd's was when I worked there in '88...after I saw what they did to the food, how little they cleaned their equipment and the bugs, rats, etc in the food I decided that I would never eat there again (dont like hamburgers anyways no big loss).

had gnochi for dinner with a pesto sauce...and I think that stupid change of season cold is trying to catch me (have that sore throat

)

dont forget to 'spring' forward....(except those of you who dont live in the usa, live in arizona and other parts of the country that dont use daylight saving time...I think its a stupid idea we should stop).

one of my nieces was born in '88...and remember her growing up (as well as her older sisters)... she is now in law school.
My oldest nephew finally finished his ph.d in computer something or other (I have the copy of his defense proposal...almost over my head)....you would think by 31 he would have been done a while ago.

dang I feel like ......I think I will go back to bed (been up an hour...sufficient time I think)

I'm sorry to hear that cosy. I'm glad my sore throat is gone and I know how much of a pain they are...

My oldest nephew is 5, 6 in June. Seems like just the other day he was a baby... Now I have 3 nephews, youngest being a month old... Crazy.

More basketball watching today. Got to love it!

I think my brain doesn't accept the fact that I am now 20, because every time I bring up my age, I say 19. And I don't feel really old, yet.

Hehehehe sorry Pwnd, I'm not that big of a sports fan either. Although my friends made me watch rugby every week or two, so I kind of like it now.

My mom told me that a few days ago, there was a huge heat wave that burned some guavas that were facing the sun (kind of glad that I'm in another hemisphere...I rather be cold that be all sweaty and sticky).

Well I don't expect a lot of people to be sports fans, at least not on here. But I am sure someone shares my love...

I'm almost 24 now. Just found out today one of my students has the same birthday as me. Good thing I like the student and don't have to disown my birthday lol

It has been in he 70's here as well. Crazy but welcomed to say the least!

finally took down my snowman door decoration--he looked crushed at having winter over soo soon....had the doors open and ....sneezed for a hour :/
ah well, spring is here as is the crude floating around in the air.

had enchiladas for dinner--made them a weee bit tooo spicy, but otherwise tasty.

Chicken & Bisquit Casserole for dinner tonight and I made it myself. Well the peepers are out about 3 to 4 weeks early this year, the nights are getting quite noisy.

I took the extra blankets off my bed. Much to warm for them. Glad it is getting warm though. Have the apartment all opened up. Nice breeze coming through.

dang my apartment is already over 80...had to turn the a/c on or the computers would complain (82 is their limit or they really have issues).

yes my apartment is hotter than it is outside--colder in the winter, hotter in the summer really wish they would check the 'insulation' in our attic--I really dont think its working.

had a massive headache yesterday ...still have some of it today, and dizziness too.
